How to redeem
Instructions on how to redeem your gift card are provided below. Gift cards can only be redeemed online at: https://ja.tripgift.com/travel-search.aspx?aff=hotelsgift 1) Register an account and click "Book Trip | Redeem." 2) Search, book, or purchase based on the product you need. 3) Enter the details of your selected option for everyone involved in the reservation or transaction. 4) Proceed to the checkout page, copy and paste your e-gift card code into the "Redeem e-gift card code" box, and click "Submit." Then, agree to the terms and conditions and click "Order now" to complete your reservation and transaction. You will receive a confirmation email immediately. 5) You can use up to two e-gift card codes in a single transaction. If your cart total exceeds the value of the e-gift card, pay the difference with Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. 6) Gift cards have a 12-month expiration date, excluding residents of North America. In Ireland and Romania, the expiration date is 60 months, and in Australia and Germany, it is 36 months. Expiration dates may vary depending on state and country laws and regulations regarding required balance refunds.
