How to redeem
<p><strong>Online Instructions:</strong></p> <ol> <li>Go to: <a href="https://order.fiveguys.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">https://order.fiveguys.com/</a> to begin the ordering process.</li> <li>Select the items to purchase and add them to Your Bag.</li> <li>Select CHECKOUT and under the Payment Method, click on Gift Card.</li> <li>Enter the full 19 - digit gift card number, followed by the four-digit PIN, and then “Add Card”</li> <li>The gift card funds should be applied automatically to the order.</li> <li>Any remaining balance on your order will require another payment method. </li> </ol> <p><strong>In-Store Instructions:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Recipient: </strong>Present a printed copy of the eGift Card with PIN or display the eGift Card number with PIN to the crew member from your mobile device.</li> <li><strong>Crew Member:</strong> Manually key-in in the full gift card number and PIN presented by the customer either on their phone or printed on paper</li> </ul>
